Absolutely outstanding! That’s the only way I can describe my interactions with Howard Hughes. I have ordered appliances from two major box stores and while I’ve never had a bad experience with those stores, their service was nothing compared to Howard Hughes. As an example, I have a dishwasher that I did not purchase from HH. I tried to schedule a repair on two different occasions, each time I did, they suggested I try a couple simple repairs, which ultimately resolved my issue, saving me hundreds of dollars in repairs! I am so grateful to have such a business in my community!

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to linger for more than an hour as we laid on and got a feel for the various mattresses on offer. Informative but not pressuring. We ended up buying one that day, and it was delivered a couple weeks later. Delivery was easy, friendly, and the delivery crew unwrapped it in our bedroom and took away all packaging. They are not pushy and they have the best prices of the appliance competition. I purchased a dryer model that was $50.00 less than at a different store and when it was delivered the following week, the cheerfull delivery guys even connected a new vent hose for me.
